Pendants are made from hypoallergenic, marine-grade Stainless Steel, PVD-bonded in 14 Carat Gold for a memento that will stand the test of time.

HOW TO CUSTOMISE YOUR PENDANT
1. Select your Precious Metal and Pendant Size.
2. Select your Engraving options
a. If you would also like 1-3 words engraved on the back, select ‘Back: 1-3 words’. Select your font and specify your engraving details.
b. If you would like a different print engraved on each side, select ‘Back: 2nd Print’. No text will be engraved.

PROVIDING PAWPRINTS
– After placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation email with the link to submit your images.
– Visit the Guide here prior to taking your photos to ensure you are taking photos we can use for the clearest engraving possible.
– Photos of paws incur a Complex Design Fee due to the time it takes to turn a photo into an engravable file.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
– As all products are custom made with love and care, they take between 4-6 business days before being posted.
– Orders are carefully packaged in Precious Hearts branded gift packaging, sent in inconspicuous postal packaging, tracked with Australia Post.
