PENDANT SIZES
Mini (13mm + 6mm), Standard (16mm + 6mm) or Large (19mm + 8mm) pendant. Chain measures 50cm.

HOW TO CUSTOMISE YOUR PENDANT
1. Select your Precious Metal and Pendant Size.
2. Select your letter for your Initial Disc
3. If needed, select any Additional Engraving options
– If you would like 1-3 words engraved on the back, select ‘Back: 1-3 words’. Then select your font and specify the text to be engraved.
b. If you would like a fingerprint engraved on each side (or two on the front), select ‘2nd Print’. No text will be engraved.

PROVIDING YOUR FINGERPRINT
– After placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation email with the link to submit your images.
– Visit the Guide here prior to taking your photos to ensure you are taking photos we can use for the clearest engraving possible.

– We do not manipulate or redesign fingerprints in any way, so it is important you are happy with your print and any smudges or marks in the print prior to submitting it for engraving. We strongly recommend taking the time to read the instructions carefully, ensuring to compare your fingerprints to those provided in the Image Portal to avoid delays or disappointment.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
– As all products are custom made with love and care, they take between 4-6 business days after receipt of all engraving details before being posted.
– Gift Wrapping and Express Post is included on all orders, sent in minimalist and inconspicuous postal packaging, tracked with Australia Post.
