– After placing your order you will receive an email from Precious Hearts, reply to the email with the footprints or handprints you would like created into your beautiful bespoke necklace
– A photo of the print taken in natural light with no shadows, with a clean, high-resolution camera produce the best results
– Your pendant will be engraved exactly as your image shows unless you specify otherwise
