HOW TO CUSTOMISE YOUR PENDANT
1. Select your Colour
2. Select your Engraving options
a. If you would also like 1-3 words engraved on the back, select ‘Back: 1-3 words’. Select your font and specify your engraving details.
b. If you would like a different pawprint engraved on each side, select ‘Back: 2nd Print’. No text will be engraved.

PROVIDING YOUR PAWPRINT
– After placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation email with the link to submit your images.
– Visit the Guide here prior to taking your photos to ensure you are taking photos we can use for the clearest engraving possible.
– Photos of paws incur a Complex Design Fee due to the time it takes to turn a photo into an engravable file.

PLACING YOUR ASHES OR FUR INSIDE THE URN CHAMBER
– The chain is threaded through the urn screw which you will undo to place your ashes or fur inside the urn
– Insert the funnel into the urn chamber and carefully scoop ashes or fur in
– Close the urn, ensuring the screw is completely tight
– Check to ensure the screw is tightly closed every few days

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
– As all products are custom made with love and care, they take between 4-6 business days before being posted.
– Orders are carefully packaged in Precious Hearts branded gift packaging, sent in inconspicuous postal packaging, tracked with Australia Post.
