Description

Create your personalised Precious Hearts engraved necklace featuring your loved ones actual fingerprint- perfect for a keepsake gift for yourself or a loved one.

Our artisans will carefully design, engrave and hand polish your bespoke pendant from our leafy Adelaide Hills studio. The finished product is a beautifully crafted necklace that can be worn whilst bathing, during exercise, and sleep.

SIZING
13mm (Mini) + 8mm, 16mm (Standard) + 8mm or 19mm (Large) + 9mm pendants. Chain measures 45cm.

HOW TO ORDER
1. Select your Precious Metal and Pendant Size.
2. Select Sides to Engrave.
a. If you would like only one fingerprint on the front, select ‘Front: Fingerprint’.
b. If you would like 1-3 words engraved on the back, select ‘Front: Fingerprint + Back: 1-3 words’.
c. If you would like a different fingerprint engraved on each side, select ‘Front: Fingerprint + Back: 2nd Fingerprint’. No text will be engraved on the larger pendant.
3. Select your fingerprint style. To keep your fingerprint as authentic and original as possible, select ‘Authentic’. If you would like the lines smoothed to perfection, select ‘Aesthetic’. Please note, smudged fingerprints incur a Complex Design Fee due to the time it takes to turn smudges into lines.
4. Specify your initial. If you have selected Engraving on Both Sides, both pendants will be engraved on both sides.
5. Select your Font choice for the Initial pendant and any engraving on the back, if applicable.

PROVIDING YOUR FINGERPRINT
– After placing your order we will post a complimentary Fingerprint Kit, complete with two forensic-grade fingerprint strips, cleaning wipe, and instructions.
– Once you have your prints ready, refer to your Order Confirmation email for the link to submit your images.
– Visit the Guide here prior to taking your photos to ensure you are taking photos we can use for the clearest engraving possible.
– Smudged fingerprints incur a Complex Design Fee due to the time it takes to turn smudges into lines.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
– As all products are custom made with love and care, they take between 4-6 business days before being posted.
– Orders are carefully packaged in Precious Hearts branded gift packaging, sent in inconspicuous postal packaging, tracked with Australia Post.
