PROVIDING YOUR PAW PRINT
– After placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation email from Precious Hearts, reply to the email with a photo of the paw print you would like created into your bespoke cufflinks. Visit the Paw Print Guide here prior to ordering.
– Photos of paws are possible but attract a Complex Design Fee due to the time it takes to turn a photo into an engravable file

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
– As all products are custom made with love and care, they take between 7-9 business days before being posted.
– Orders are carefully packaged in a soft ‘Precious Hearts’ branded pouch, sent in a tracked envelope, so there will be no missed parcel deliveries.
