PROVIDING YOUR PAW PRINT
– After placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation email from Precious Hearts, reply to the email with a photo of the paw print you would like created into a beautiful bespoke necklace. Visit the Paw Print Guide here prior to ordering.
– Photos of paws are possible but attract a Complex Design Fee due to the time it takes to turn a photo into an engravable file. The Complex Design Fee can be added to Cart here

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
– As all products are custom made with love and care, they take 4-9 business days before being posted.
– All items are carefully packaged in a soft ‘Precious Hearts’ branded pouch, perfect for gifts.
– Tracking is provided with each order so you know exactly where your purchase is until it reaches you
– Delays providing your paw print will delay production of your order also
