– After placing your order you will receive an email from Precious Hearts, reply to the email with the fingerprint you would like created into your beautiful bespoke necklace
– A photo of the print taken in natural light with no shadows, with a clean, high-resolution camera produce the best results
– Scans are highly not recommended as they are a very low quality image designed for documents, not images.

– As all products are custom made with love and care, they take between 8-10 business days before being posted.
