CARING FOR YOUR PIECE
Like all jewellery, your Precious Hearts piece will require some simple maintenance, love and care, so a polishing cloth is provided to help you look after your purchase. We recommend avoiding contact with chemicals such as chlorine, seawater and perfumes as much as practicable to keep your jewellery looking brand new for as long as possible.

PROVIDING YOUR FINGERPRINT
– After placing your order you will receive an email from Precious Hearts, reply to the email with the fingerprint you would like created into your beautiful bespoke necklace
– A photo of the print taken in natural light with no shadows, with a clean, high-resolution camera produce the best results
– Visit the How To Guide for tips on getting the best photos for engraving
– For babies and children’s fingerprints you may specify the actual size of the fingerprint to have a true representation of the fingerprint, up to 15mm/1.5cm.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
– As all products are custom made with love and care, they take between 3-9 business days before being posted.
– All items are carefully packaged in a soft ‘Precious Hearts’ branded pouch, perfect for gifts.
