Like all jewellery, your Precious Hearts jewellery will require some simple maintenance, love and care so a polishing cloth is provided to help you care for your purchase.

Avoid contact with chemicals, seawater and chlorine to keep your jewellery looking brand new for as long as possible.

If you have purchased from the Essentials collection, do not spray perfume directly onto your necklace as this can tarnish gold plating very quickly- pull the pendant away and cover it with your hand to spray perfume onto your neck.

For Gold Filled jewellery, part of our Premium range, these can be worn long-term, with the lifespan of your piece dependant on external factors like perfumes and synthetic chemicals used on your skin, your skins natural pH and whether your piece is removed for swimming and bathing.

Solid gold pieces are part of the Heirloom Collection and can be worn permanently in all settings.
