Pendant is 14k Gold PVD plated stainless steel, which is a stronger pressure-bonded form of modernised plating to ensure longevity of the piece.

PROVIDING YOUR FINGERPRINT
– After placing your order you will receive an email from Precious Hearts, reply to the email with the fingerprint you would like created into your beautiful bespoke necklace
– A photo of the print taken in natural light with no shadows, with a clean, high-resolution camera produce the best results
– Visit the How To Guide for tips on getting the best photos for engraving
– For babies and children’s fingerprints you may specify the actual size of the fingerprint to have a true representation of the fingerprint, up to 15mm/1.5cm.

PLACING YOUR ASHES OR HAIR INSIDE THE URN CHAMBER
– The chain is threaded through the urn screw which you will undo to place your ashes or hair inside the urn
– Insert the funnel into the urn chamber and carefully scoop ashes or hair in
– Close the urn, ensuring the screw is completely tight
– Check to ensure the screw is tightly closed every few days

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
– As all products are custom made with love and care, they take between 7-9 business days before being posted.
– Orders are carefully packaged in a soft ‘Precious Hearts’ branded pouch, sent in a tracked envelope, so there will be no missed parcel deliveries.
