I am submitting a photo of a paw, foot, hand or imprint and am aware a $25 Complex Design Fee applies
I am submitting fingerprints, and have referred to the image below. I confirm my fingerprints resemble the top 3 images. I understand fingerprints with smudges will be engraved exactly as provided and, if submitting multiple fingerprints, they are clearly labelled
